    HNS TICKET APPLICATION AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD

    Starting today, fans of the Croatian national team can download the mobile application HNS Tickets, allowing them to download their purchased tickets and become the only means of entry to the Croatian national team’s matches.

    The Croatian Football Association further modernized the ticket system, following the latest trends in ticket distribution. Tickets are still purchased through the existing HNS ticket portal. Still, instead of printing them on a home printer (print@home), fans will receive purchased tickets directly in their mobile application, HNS Tickets.

    BUYING VIA THE INTERNET

    Everyone who bought tickets for the matches against France online will receive instructions on how to download the application and tickets to the application via the registered e-mail address on Friday, March 14.

    PURCHASE AT PETROL SALES POINTS

    We hereby remind all fans who bought tickets at Petrol points of sale to follow the steps in the instructions they received on the purchase receipt. This includes scanning the QR code from the purchase receipt and entering the e-mail address to which they want to receive the tickets. After that, the e-mail must be verified by clicking on the corresponding link in the e-mail.

    CAN YOU ENTER THE STADIUM WITHOUT THE APP?

    Not. The upcoming matches with France in Split and Paris will only be accessible with the “HNS Tickets” application and the ticket included in it (or tickets if you have tickets for several people on your mobile device). The option of printing tickets at home (“print at home”) is no longer available. It will not be possible to enter with a printed receipt, purchase receipt, or any document other than a ticket in the “HNS Tickets” application.

    ARE THESE RULES ALSO VALID FOR AWAY MATCHES?

    The new entry system with the HNS Tickets application will be applied to all home matches of the Croatian national team and those away matches where it is technically possible and agreed with the host. The French Football Federation has successfully agreed to the match against France in Saint-Denis, and the same rules will apply for that match as well.

    IS IT POSSIBLE TO PURCHASE TICKETS IN THE HNS TICKETS APPLICATION?

    No, the app serves as a place to pick up tickets and enter the stadium. Tickets for matches of the Croatian national team can be bought on the same ticket portal as before.

    WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD THE HNS TICKET APPLICATION?
