At a gala ceremony in Zagreb, SuperSport HNL celebrated the conclusion of one of the most exciting seasons in Croatian football history, and the best individuals were honored with prestigious awards in eight categories. The winners were decided by a panel of experts (40%), club representatives (30%), and the audience (30%), ensuring a broad and objective evaluation of success.

- Best player of the season:
Marko Livaja (Hajduk) – He also won the award for top scorer (19 goals) and the best goal of the season. Livaja was nominated alongside Toni Fruk (Rijeka), Alen Grgić (Slaven Belupo), Robert Mudražija (Lokomotiva), and Dimitar Mitrovski (Varaždin). His teammates accepted the awards on his behalf, as Livaja was not present at the ceremony. - Best Coach:
Radomir Đalović (Rijeka) – He led Rijeka to its second championship title in the club’s history, and was also in the competition with Mario Kovačević (Varaždin) and Gonzalo Garcia (Osijek). - Best Young Player:
