SQUAD FOR METZ AND FINAL EURO PREPARATIONS

Croatia futsal national team head coach Marinko Mavrović announced the squad for the international tournament in Metz, serving as the final preparation phase for the 2026 EURO in Latvia, Lithuania, and Slovenia.

The squad includes: Ante Piplica, Nikola Gudasić, and Kristian Čekol (Futsal Dinamo), Duje Kustura, Vinko Rozga, Romeo Sušac, and David Barbarić on standby (Olmissum), Niko Vukmir (O Parrulo Ferrol), Luka Perić (Bubamara Cazin), Marko Kuraja (Square), Antonio Sekulić (Osijek Kandit), Franco Jelovčić and Jakov Hrstić (Torcida Biberon), David Mataja (Futsal Istra Pula), and Vitor Hugo De Lima Da Silva (Novo Vrijeme). Standbys also include Nikola Čizmić (Hajduk), Patrik Pasariček and Mateo Mužar (Futsal Dinamo), and Kristijan Postružin (Uspinjača Gimka).

Croatia faces two strong tests in Metz: Paraguay on December 19 (17:00) and Colombia on December 21 (14:00), top-tier futsal opponents. These are the last matches before the Euros, where Croatia is in Group A with Latvia, Georgia, and France; in Arena Riga, they play France on January 21, Georgia on January 25, and Latvia on January 28.

Mavrović’s mix of proven leaders and new talents provides depth for a knockout push at the Euros. The Metz clashes against Paraguay and Colombia will be crucial tests of intensity, tactics, and rotation before heading to Riga.
