Croatian Football Federation reports that the goal scored by Luka Perić in the match against Latvia was voted by fans as the most beautiful goal at the European futsal championship, from which Croatia returned with a historic bronze medal.
Voting was open on the tournament’s official website, and Perić’s goal won in competition with nine other goals.
As a reminder, Perić scored after a brilliant hand-thrown assist by Croatian goalkeeper Ante Piplica, a perfect chest control, and a falling volley.
