    Dominik Livaković has definitively bid farewell to Girona following a 0-3 defeat to Atletico Madrid, where he once again sat on the bench. The loan spell lasted four months without a single official match, and the split is set for January 1st – he returns on paper to Fenerbahče, from where he heads to Dinamo on loan until the summer. The Blues are ready with the “red carpet” because this move ensures him continuity and top form for the World Cup.​

    The year 2025 was chaotic for Livaković: Sevilla offer fell through, clashes with Fener, missed key match against Benfica despite Mourinho’s insistence. Current offers exist, but Dinamo offers security without risk – third club this season, but no minutes at Girona, making it ideal for the Vatreni goalkeeper.​

    Fenerbahče and Dinamo are still negotiating terms, including a possible buyout, but the priority is clearly defined: Livaković gets a chance to return to world-class level in a familiar environment.
