CFF and City Center One East hosted an exhibition in Zagreb celebrating 35 years of the Croatian Football Federation and the Vatreni national team.
The pop-up museum showcases key moments from the legendary 1990 match against the USA in Zagreb to bronze medals at the 2018 and 2022 World Cups, featuring rare memorabilia like won medals, historic jerseys, and stories behind select exhibits. Visitors explore Croatia’s football journey, including early national team games, first kits, triumphs, and challenges that shaped one of the world’s top teams.
Highlights include President Franjo Tuđman’s letter to 1990 match participants and an original ticket from that historic game, evoking national pride and collective memory. The display honors the passion defining Croatian football culture.
Timed for World Cup qualifiers against Czechia and Gibraltar, the free exhibition ran daily from 9 AM to 9 PM until October 19, 2025, at City Center one East, following a successful Split edition in March.
