The Croatian women’s national football team lost to Ukraine with 2:1 in the UEFA Nations League game played at the Elbasan Arena in Albania.

Ukraine took the lead early, already in the 2nd minute through Kotyk, and the 61st minute Kalinina increased the lead to 2:0. Croatia reduced the score in the 69th minute with a goal by Kristina Nevrkla, but failed to equalize.
After losing to the Czech Republic at home and Ukraine away from home, Croatia is in last place in the group. The next League of Nations matches are scheduled for April 4, when Croatia visits Albania. In the return match, they will host the same opponent on April 8.
