Vatreni youth striker Marin Ljubičić could not have started his term better at the German first-division club Union Berlin.
Union Berlin was visiting Hoffenheim in the 21st round of the German football championship. In the 59th minute, when his team was leading 1:0, newcomer Marin Ljubičić, a young Croatian representative who had arrived from Austrian LASK, entered the game.
Two minutes later, he completed the action to double the advantage (2:0) by making his Bundesliga debut. Union eventually won with a high score of 4:0, with Ljubičić also assisting Hollerbach for the fourth goal.
Ivan Prtajin played the first half for Union, Josip Juranović was replaced in the 77th minute, and Andrej Kramarić played the entire match for Hoffenheim.
